Eskenazi Museum of Art

The Sidney and Lois Eskenazi Museum of Art is located at 1133 East Seventh Street.

 

The gallery is open 10:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and noon to 5:00p.m. on Sunday. The Museum Café is open 8:00am to 5:00p.m. on weekdays and noon to 5:00p.m. on weekends.

Lilly Library

The Lilly Library is having a special exhibition on “The Victorian Book: From the Gutter to the Stars.”

 

The Lilly Library’s address is 1200 East Seventh Street, and it is open Wednesday and Thursday 9:30a.m. to 6:00p.m., Friday 9:30a.m. to 5:00p.m., and Saturday 9:30a.m. to 4:00p.m. It is closed on Sundays.

IU Opera and Ballet

IU Opera will perform Charles Gounod’s 1867 Roméo et Juliette Friday, November 10 and Saturday, November 11 at 7:30p.m. in the Musical Arts Center at 101 North Eagleson Avenue.

IU Theater

IU Theatre will perform Cabaret at 7:30p.m. on November 8, 9, 10, and 11, as well as 2:00pm on Saturday, November 11.

 

Performances will be in the Wells-Metz Theatre in the Lee Norvelle Theatre and Drama Center, 275 North Jordan Avenue.

IU Cinema

IU Cinema will be screening Sergei Parajanov’s The Color of Pomegranates, Wong Kar-Wai’s In the Mood for Love, Joe Dante’s Matinee, Ron Osgood’s Just Like Me: The Vietnam War/The American War, and Sarah Vos’s White Balls on Walls during the period from Thursday, November 9 to Sunday, November 12.
